Q: Do I need to book in advance?
A: Bookings are recommended, especially on weekends and holidays, but walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We are open from 12-6pm on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday and 12-8pm on Saturday & Sunday. Please notice that we are off on Wednesday!
Q: How many cats do you have at the café?
A: We have 15 resident cats, each with their own unique personality.
Q: Can I adopt the cats?
A: Unfortunately, the answer is nope. The cats are not for adoption.
Q: Are children allowed in the cat lounge?
A: Children under 3 are not allowed into the cat lounge, while we advise any children do be supervised by an adult.
Q: How long can I stay with the cats?
.A: It depends on the ticket that you booked. For walk-in customers, sessions run for an hour. You can extend your time if there is a spot availabie on the following time slot.
Q: Do you serve food and drinks, or is it just cats?
A: We serve a range of coffees and teas, made to enjoy while relaxing with our cats.
Q: Can I bring my own food or drink?
A: Yes, you can bring you own food and drink but only at the cafe area, not in the cat area.
Q: Is the café clean with so many cats around?
A: Absolutely! We follow cleaning routines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both guests and cats.
Q: Can I pick up the cats?
A: For the cats comfort, we advise to only pick up the cats if they allow. Patting and playing are more encouraged.
Q: What if I am allergic to cats?
A: We recommend visiting only if your allergy is mild.
Q: How much does it cost to visit?
A: Our standard entry fee is $24.99 for a 60 min session, $17 for 6-11 year olds, including a complimentary soft drink. We also offer family bundles. For further details, please visit our book page.
